Pricing/Payment

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT to retail customers but does not include delivery to your country and import duties imposed by customs authority in your country. We only accept payment made through Paypal. Only Paypal is selected as it will give you an added comfort that we do not withhold any of your payment information. Nonetheless, should you prefer to have an alternate arrangement kindly email us your requirement for an alternative arrangement.

Ordering/Lead times

Since we source our products directly from selected producers we have to confirm or order individually with these selected producers. Therefore, orders placed on this website with items that we have not indicate stock availability, will be subjected to the following Terms and Conditions:

Upon placing an order, we will check availability of the requested item. We will then forward to you in a separate email, a pro-forma invoice detailing the cost of item ordered, cost of transportation, insurance (if requested), an estimated lead time for delivery and a Paypal link for payment arrangement. The pro-forma invoice is a non binding document and shall at no point be a condition of any contractual obligation with purchasers. We ensure the price quoted in the pro-forma invoice is final.

Upon payment, we will send you an order confirmation or acceptance email indicating that Irangrandbazaar has received your order, the items ordered and confirmation of payment receipt. This represent a binding agreement between both parties.

We will send a separate email with a copy of delivery details once the item has been shipped.

For items that has quantity/availability indicated on the webpage, we will process the order immediately. The order is subject to Payment received through Paypal. We will send confirmation order detailing the item purchased, the cost of selected transportation method and amount accordingly.

Non- acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered is unavailable.
Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
The identification of a pricing or product description error on the site.
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria as set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation

Here at Iranbazaar we hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however in the event that you are not entirely satisfied you are entitled to cancel this contract provided that you exercise your right in writing no longer than seven working days after the day which you receive the goods. Providing the goods are in perfect resalable condition and in the original packaging. Indo Secrets will issue a full refund within 30 days. If the product is not in a fully resaleable condition we reserve the right to refuse refund on the item. If the goods are not faulty the cost of returning them is your responsibility and the goods are your responsibility until they are return back to us.

If the original packaging has not been retained Indo Secrets will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the total order. Refunds will be issued by debiting your credit card or account that was used to place the order.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item has been damaged on receipt or deemed faulty at which point Iranbazaar will bear the cost and organise collection.

Insurance

We can insure your goods for only up to 3% from your total billing order (without shipping).
